Red links = We need players to coordinate these. For both central and south runs, enlightened should be the northern most of the pair, and resistance on the south. This will allow the links to be connected at all cities. See the ohio-maryland links for an example. Once a link is coordinated change the color. To make planning easier stick a pin (blue for resistance, green for enlightened) in the map to show where you're at. That should give us some idea where we have/need representation for the plan.
