Elite priority support is for urgent bugs or other work stopping issues that sends direct messages and in the case of emergencies, a pager message, to Tier 3 support. Please read carefully, we reserve the right to limit access for any reason.
For Bugs
- Please provide as much information as possible to reproduce the bug.
- Please create a support ticket as well with screenshots, videos, and more info.
- Any bug that comes up in an error window is valid.
- Glitches or things that do not stop work should go through our ticket system.
For Emergencies
- For teams, only one point of contact can use this.
- Do not use it more than once for an issue.
- This must be a critical issue that needs to be resolved in hours.
- Do not use this to report image generation issues. We are already alerted.
